A Pear Body Shape Capsule Wardrobe Should Include:
A high necked shirt because it will broaden your top half. Choose styles that have ruffles, patters, cap sleeves and embellishments.
A graphic or patterned top which will create emphasis on the top half.
A cropped cardigan with embellishment or some sort of detail on the shoulders to once again broaden your shoulders to balance your hips.
A strapless dress with a full skirt because it will draw attention to your shoulders and bust and the full skirt will flatter your hips and thighs.
An A-line skirt because the cut is very flattering to those of us with curvy hips and thighs. Pick a dark colour or pattern.
Wide leg slacks in a dark colour with a flat front. This style will help to elongate your leg creating an illusion of slimmer thighs.
A structured jacket with ruffles or a similar type of detail on the front – this will draw attention upwards and add bulk to your delicate top half.
A belted trench coat with shoulder pads and a fit and flare shape.
