We’d all love to say we’re one of those people. You know one of those people who go to the gym on their lunch break? But none of us want to look like we spent our lunch break sweating it out on the treadmill.
I personally don’t fancy going to my afternoon meetings with my hair stuck to my forehead and makeup free (after it slides of my face on said treadmill).
My lunch break also isn’t long enough to have a workout and then replicate my morning routine – so what’s the solution?
For me it’s having my gym bag essentials tool kit and leaving high intensity cardio to outside of working hours. I try to do a weights or circuit type session.

After a light workout you can easily refresh with facial cleansing wipes, quick spray of deodorant, BB Cream is so simple and gives great coverage, I keep a pinkish lipstick in my gym bag and I make it do double duties by dabbing a bit on my cheeks for blush, quick slick of mascara, dry shampoo if you’re wearing your hair out and I think the brush and bobby pins are pretty self-explanatory.
